Q-rPS® is a high-quality polystyrene resin with post-consumer recycled content that was developed as an alternative to virgin polystyrene and can be widely used in the production of everyday items such as food packaging, disposable cutlery and other single-use items while maintaining the quality and performance properties of the original resin approved by the FDA for use in food contact applications.
