zamak alloy ZL2

Zamak alloy ingot, principally for the manufacture of construction products, electrical equipment, automotive and luxury packaging. Its production process is optimized in terms of performance, obtaining a ingot of maximum purity, quality and with technical features required for the market. 

Intermediate ingot, of chocolate or lollipop shape. Products are partly made of pre-consumer recycled scrap: zinc alloy recovered in origin (foundries, refineries and finished or semi-finished products), industrial processes (zinc scrap recovery and obsolete final products). A primary zinc grade SHG or Cathode is included. Added metals, aluminium, copper and magnesium, are totally made of recycled scrap, post-consumer or pre-consumer.
