Norgips FLOOR 12.5mm

Gypsum plasterboard is a lightweight, durable construction material consisting of a gypsum core encased in high-quality paper. It is designed for creating walls, ceilings, and partitions in residential and commercial buildings. It provides a smooth surface for decorative finishes such as plaster or paint, while offering excellent sound insulation and fire resistance.

Norgips FLOOR plasterboard is intended for use in rooms where the relative humidity does not exceed 70%. The maximum application temperature is 50°C. It can also be used in rooms with increased humidity after prior insulation, for example, with liquid film.

The sheet is intended for use as an underlay for floors, or the so-called “dry screed”. By using two layers of sheet, a barrier with a fire resistance of REI 60 can be obtained.
