SPC Wall Panel & Wall Tiles

Area Floors production is carried out on fully automated lines, following a high-precision and sustainable process. Production begins with the homogeneous preparation of PVC, calcium carbonate (limestone), and various additives through automatic dosing and mixing systems. The prepared mixture is then transferred to the extrusion line to form the SPC core sheet.

The decorative film and wear layer are directly applied onto the core sheet through lamination on the extrusion line. This integrated structure ensures strong interlayer bonding and a uniform multilayer composition. Depending on the product type, an embossing process may be applied to add surface texture. On the same line, the sheet is cooled and automatically cut to the target length.

Next, a UV protective coating is applied to the upper surface of the sheet. All batches are subjected to physical testing at quality control stations during and after production. In the final stage, the panels are packaged and made ready for shipment. Throughout the process, energy and material efficiency are prioritized, adopting an environmentally friendly production approach.
