“DONCHAMP” Cast Poly(Methyl Acrylate) Sheet

DONCHAMP’s cast-type industrial PMMA (acrylic) sheets cover four core product lines, all boasting excellent weather resistance, processability and durability. General-purpose sheets include transparent, colored and frosted variants: transparent sheets use 100% new material with over 92.8% light transmittance (TC-1 model retains 91% after 15,000-hour aging test, equal to 30 years outdoor use) and are easy to process; colored sheets resist fading with diverse sizes/colors; frosted sheets (single/double-sided) offer uniform light transmission to soften glare. Sound barrier sheets are lightweight, highly transparent, impact-resistant and sound-insulating, widely used in traffic safety facilities. Bathroom sheets meet European EN263 standard, suit thermoforming for bathtubs to spas, and have strong impact/wear/chemical resistance with a easy-to-clean smooth surface. Extra-large & extra-thick sheets reach up to 3000x9000mm in size, 250mm one-time molding thickness (750mm composite), resist yellowing, ideal for construction, pools and aquariums industrial demands.
