BONDs by IQOS

BONDS by IQOS is a portable electronic device designed to heat tobacco, without burning it, to release a nicotine-containing aerosol. It is designed for adults who would otherwise smoke or use nicotine products.

This electronic device employs external resistive heating technology. Novel tobacco containing consumable products, commercialized under the brand name BLENDS, are inserted into the device, the device button is pressed, and the resistive heater heats the tobacco containing consumable.

The BONDS by IQOS device comprises 4 major components: 

• The housing

• The resistive heater, which heats the consumable stick externally during operation

• The control electronics, monitoring the operating temperature and controlling battery charging and the user interface

• The rechargeable lithium-ion battery

Within the device packaging, one unit of the device BONDS by IQOS, one USB-C cable and one user guide are included. 

BONDS by IQOS is for adults who would otherwise smoke or use nicotine products. It is not risk free and delivers nicotine which is addictive.
