Bretax AML
Bretax AML is an ammonium-based lignosulfonate derived from the cooking of spruce wood with a calcium bisulfite solution. It appears as a brown, biodegradable liquid that is fully miscible with water. It is used as a co-formulant in tanning, as an additive for soil stabilization, and as a dispersant in refractory production.
