Powder-Coated Aluminium Profiles

The product consists of extruded aluminium profiles that are factory-finished with a high-performance powder coating to provide long-lasting surface protection and aesthetic appeal. These profiles are designed for diverse end uses such as architectural façades, interior fittings, infrastructure components, and selected automotive applications.

The powder coating is applied in a controlled industrial process to achieve a uniform layer thickness of 60–80 µm. Pre-treatment includes thorough cleaning and chemical surface preparation to ensure excellent adhesion. A dry powder is then electrostatically sprayed onto the grounded aluminium surface and cured in a high-temperature oven, where it melts and forms a hard, continuous, and highly durable finish.
