Vanceva interlayers are premium colored plasticized polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheeting produced by Eastman and its affiliates. These interlayers are bonded through a heat and pressure process to two or more pieces of glazing to produce laminates with impact and glass containment properties. Vanceva is our colored PVB product group based on the R-series formulation. Premium colorants are added and uniformly distributed throughout the sheeting. They are designed for laminated architectural glass, offering a comprehensive and customizable color system for glazing. By combining standard interlayers, specifiers can achieve more than 69 000 color options across the transparent foundation/specialty colors, translucent whites, opaque and earth tones collection, enabling precise control over visual intent and ambiance in windows and other architectural applications. The Vanceva color system is set around a foundational palette, a layering approach and design flexibility.
Vanceva interlayers are supplied in a variety of roll lengths and widths. Most common standard roll lengths are 100, 250 and 500 meters. The most common thicknesses are 0.38 and 0.76 mm.
