FAST PEROXY 4.0 Cleaning cloth for daily maintenance, sanitizing and cleaning of domestic, hospital and industrial surfaces

Cloth use is thought for daily maintenance, sanitizing and cleaning of domestic, hospital and industrial surfaces. They are designed for floors, bathrooms, parquets and other specific surfaces (e.g. glass, mirrors, plastic-rolled, writing desks, benches, steel surfaces, telephones, computers, etc.). Cloth are single use, i.e. all designed for a single, used for a very short time and disposed of immediately afterwards.

The production process starts with the raw materials supplying (e.g. polyester/polyethylene yarns, all the chemicals’ auxiliaries and package units) and their storage in the site’s warehouse. Then, the formulation of the detergent/sanitizer mixture is carried out by the R&D internal experts. 

A strong and severe quality control of all the physical and chemical parameters is performed to monitor pH, refraction, dry weight, viscosity, etc.. Before formulation, High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polyethylene Terephtalate (PET) yarns are woven to make the cloth (meaning wipes are not purchased from other producers). 

Completed all the testing required for commercialization, the deposition of the mixture on cloths is performed. Then, after printing the glossy coated paper labels, the assembling procedure is carried out and the final products are packaged and stored in warehouse, ready to be sold.
