Aquasense Gen 2

The Aquasense Gen 2 is mainly composed of mineral raw materials, primarily calcium carbonate stone powder. The multi-layer structure includes UV coating (UV paint), wear layer (PVC), decorative layer (PVC), and substrate layer composed of calcium carbonate powder, PVC, and paraffin, etc. Auxiliary additives, such as stabilizers, processing aids, and other chemical additives also form part of the product composition. The underlayment consists of IXPE padding or no padding depending on product specifications.

Based on the typical performance data of Aquasense Gen 2 industry, combined with technical parameters from HF Design LLC, the reference service life is determined to be 20 years. This value applies to residential and commercial applications under normal use conditions (indoor environment, regular cleaning and maintenance, no abnormal heavy loads).
