Elasticool

Highly flexible, acrylic dispersion-based, one-component liquid plastic coating and waterproofing material that provides passive cooling and saves energy by reflecting radiant heat energy on roof surfaces. The product is used for waterproofing of all types of flat or inclined roofs and terraces covered with concrete, plaster, asbestos cement, galvanized steel, zinc, aluminum, PVC, polyester or wood, as well as for exterior waterproofing of buildings. It can be applied on surfaces of stone, clinker, decorative coatings, old bitumen, bituminous membrane or asphalt covered surfaces, and on spray polyurethane foam, serving as a waterproofing, protective and energy saving material. The product is supplied in 20 kg plastic pails and is ready to use, easily applicable by brush, roller or airless spray method with low labor cost. It has 400% elasticity, is water vapour permeable, highly resistant to UV rays and provides high UV (radial heat) reflectivity.

It reduces the temperature within the building and protects the building from excess heat by decreasing the surface temperature, thereby saving energy by reducing the need for electric energy used for cooling. The coating shows strong adhesion to difficult surfaces, remains flexible at low temperatures, is hard to get dirty and is resistant to extreme weather conditions, aging and stagnant water.
