Optigal is a premium metallic-coated steel product developed by ArcelorMittal as an advanced next-generation galvanized coating. It features a pure zinc-based coating with an optimized microstructure, offering enhanced corrosion protection, superior surface quality, and excellent formability compared to conventional galvanized steels. The coating is applied through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process, ensuring consistent adhesion and uniform thickness across the steel surface.
