Building 3, ITC Green Centre, is a non-residential building classified as a Type 3 EPD, covering the entire structure within the defined system boundary, with a total gross floor area of 88,372 m² comprising three basements, twelve floors, and a terrace level. The structure integrates RCC foundations and retaining walls with a steel-based PEB system using CFST columns and beams, along with aluminium façade, glazed windows, and lightweight partition systems. The building incorporates comprehensive MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and rooftop solar systems, with DfMA principles enabling prefabrication and a no-drilling-on-slabs concept for efficient and damage-free installation. It has achieved LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and WELL Platinum from the International WELL Building Institute. Additionally, the project is certified under ISO 19650 for BIM-based digital construction and information management, ensuring efficient collaboration, reduced risks, and resource-efficient, paperless project execution.
