Webercol SUPERGEL erGO

Webercol SUPERGEL erGO is a lightweight, super‑adhesive, highly deformable, ultrafine, creamy and thixotropic gel mortar, classified C2TES2. It is indicated for installing all types of ceramic tiles, marble and natural stone regardless of absorption and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It is especially intended for demanding jobs such as high‑rise façades, heated floors, large‑format tiles, thin ceramic sheets, intense‑traffic floors and installations on highly deformable substrates. 

Suitable substrates include concrete, cement mortar, lime mortar, ceramic, gypsum board (PYL), gypsum and anhydrite. Execution guidance includes preparing substrates to an adequate planarity, using double‑buttering for exterior areas or formats larger than 30 × 30 cm, and checking adhesive transfer during placement. 

Application restrictions include applying within the prescribed temperature range, not applying on metallic, rubber, linoleum or PVC surfaces, and avoiding frozen, very hot or wet substrates as well as very humid weather, rain, strong heat, strong wind or risk of frost.
