Wind Turbine Blades for wind energy generation (c-PCR to 2019:14)

This c-PCR is currently being developed.

The development of this c-PCR was initiated 2025-10-21. The open consultation, planned to start in Q4 2025/Q1 2026, will start with an e-mail invitation to identified stakeholders. Any stakeholder is welcome to provide comments on the draft PCR.

The publication is expected in Q2/Q3 2026. Dates are preliminary and subject to change.

This document provides complementary product category rules (c-PCR) to PCR 2019:14 Construction products. The c-PCR shall be used for the assessment of the environmental performance of Wind Turbine Blades for wind energy generation and the declaration of this performance by an EPD.

The product category corresponds to UN CPC 46131 Parts of electric motors, generators and the like. Wind turbine blades for other uses than electricity generation are excluded from the scope.
